Our research is focused on the development of novel structures and properties of fibrous materials by advanced twisting technologies. We try to manipulate their chemical, mechanical, and electrical properties by the novel twisting mechanisms to address key issues in sustainability, environment, and human well-being.

ii) Soft actuators and robotics with twisted architecture;

iii) Novel textile-based energy harvesters;
