This collaboration seeks to address current and next generation workforce needs for the North Carolina textile industry. Initial objectives include: conducting an industry survey to research education and training needs, forming a statewide advisory committee to share findings, and creating an awareness website with education pathways and career roadmaps that include continuing education and degree programs throughout North Carolina.
