Print Server Degradation

UPDATE: We have identified and resolved an underlying issue. Contact us for assistance or self-resolve using the following steps:

  • Open up File Explorer Type \\ into the center top bar and hit Enter
  • Search for the room number that the printer is located in using the search bar on the top-right of File Explorer
  • Double click the printer and wait for the printer to be installedOnce installed, the printer will be available in your computer’s list of printers
  • The TCTS Systems team has identified an ongoing issue with the Print Server that is affecting multiple departments. Users attempting to print to central printers may experience irregularities and trouble printing. We apologize for the inconvenience and are working diligently to resolve the issue. If you are experiencing issues, feel free to contact us and we will report any fixes and resolutions to you.
