Kun Fu’s Paper Wins NCSU AIF Best Paper Award

Kun Fu’s paper titled “Aligned Carbon Nanotube-Silicon Sheets: A Novel Nano-architecture for Flexible Lithium Ion Battery Electrodes”, recently published in the journal, Advanced Materials, won the NCSU Analytical Instrumentation Facility (AIF) Best Paper Award for  2013. The NCSU AIF is a “collection of  instruments, equipment and other physical and human resources that enables principle investigators, students and external users to conduct research activities that advance their research programs and the mission of the institution as a whole”. The award is designed to highlight some of the most impactful  and transformative results that have been enabled through the use of the AIF.
